Classification:  Academic Non-Teaching Faculty (ANTF)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

1.  Baccalaureate Degree: 

• AB Philosophy
• BS PsychologyBS Education (major in Religious/Values Education)

2.  Graduate Studies: 

• MA Degree or Units in Theology
• Mother of Life with Masters Degree in Religious Education or Pastoral Counseling;
• Masters Degree or Masteral Units  in Guidance & Counseling; Masters Degree or Masteral Units in Psychology

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinates & facilitates religious services such as novenas, daily Masses and other devotions;
• Assists the Facilitator during recollections & retreats;
• Conducts and facilitates lectures on matters relevant to the spiritual, social and moral needs of students, school community;
• Evaluates and prepares Calendar of Religious Activities at least a  month before the opening of school year;
• Directs, encourages and guides all the Religious Organization of the school;
• Provides opportunities for spiritual counseling;
• Conducts sessions and seminars to Organization under the Campus Ministry Office;
• Promotes OAR Vocation during vocation awareness week, prayer rallies and youth camps;
• Prepares materials for retreats, recollections and other liturgical and cathetical activities;
• Coordinates with the Parishes within Cavite City for Catechetical programs, celebration of Sacraments and other Pastoral programs
• Performs other tasks assigned by the Campus Minister
