    The field of Criminology is the study of crime which includes the making of laws, breaking of laws and the reaction towards law breaking and the various agencies of justice. Higher education institutions(HEI's) offering the Criminology program are envisioned as significant, actively and continually involved in producing graduates who have knowledge, skills, attitude and values in addressing the problem of criminality and public safety.
